“We’ve been so impressed thus far with the passion and support that everyone at the CDC is providing. Our family feels as though we have a true partner that shares a common goal of bettering our son’s environment and access to necessary resources so he can be successful in his growth and development.”

“Excellent service to our family. We wouldn’t know where we would be without them.”

“Communication, kindness, consistency and heartfelt attention to the whole life of my child. I feel incredibly grateful for your support. It is helping our whole family.”

“You have no idea how much extra work it is when you’re not accessing help. The Centre is a hub – all his therapists are there. If they need to collaborate they can, and do. They are always working together as a team to best support our child and us, his family.”

“I used to think I was the only kid who was different, but now I have lots of friends that are just like me.”

“The NCDC is a great resource for families. I love how knowledgeable everyone is and that they provide support without judgement.”

“We are so grateful to the Nanaimo CDC for all the support they have given our family over the past 15 years to help our daughter Caylee.
Having a child with different abilities can be overwhelming at times and knowing I have a team of professionals in my corner to provide therapy, support, and education is such a blessing.
Our community is so lucky to have the NCDC close to home. The support they give is so impactful to the children and families.
A heartfelt Thank you to all the past and present staff who have been a part of our journey. We know that Caylee has benefited immensely from all the therapies and support that she has received.
Thank you
The McCaw Family.”
